- I am an attorney and college professor who is very concerned about the state of our nation. I have, of late, often found myself appalled by the leaders of our society -- in both the public and in the private sector. What is most frustrating is that our news media has failed America as well. There are increasingly fewer serious journalists on our major news networks and many of our major newspapers have gone out of print. Television news has become lightweight at best -- and propaganda at worst. Through this blog (which will include a weekly video segment) I intend in my small way to get the truth out there -- as brutal as it may be.

You prety much describe my stance, and position in the political spectrum. I honestly brutally believe, that far more than 10% of the voting block is really libertarian at heart ( it's the American Way! ) but the duel party system won't allow that mind set to change easily. They will fight with all their media outlet power they can to demonize the middle ground and prevent any real compeition. Fear anyone, or thing that fears compeition.
I couldn't agree more -- and you're right -- it won't be easy.
